Team Visma | Lease a Bike is the most successful cycling team in the world. So we share a passion - the bike.
Alongside the Pon brands Cervelo and Skoda, Lease a Bike will be the new jersey sponsor of Team Visma A Bike Leasing from 1 January 2024. This means that Lease a Bike will be seen on the jerseys of Wout van Aert, Jonas Vingegaard and Marianne Vos, among others, throughout the 2024 cycling season. The Visma team | Lease a Bike not only ranked No 1 in the world in 2023, but also has a two-time Tour de France winner in Jonas Vingegaard. Visma-Lease a Bike is one of the most successful cycling teams in the world. But like Lease a Bike, the team does not rest on this success, but wants to continue to outdo itself in 2024. Together, we have the goal of getting a little better every day.
What connects us is not only the bike, but also our shared values. We are convinced that cycling has many positive effects and would therefore like to get as many people as possible interested in cycling.
The team at Visma | Lease a Bike aims to promote people's health through cycling. Lease a Bike is also convinced that more exercise in daily life contributes significantly to well-being and also reduces stress. Therefore, we are united by a common goal: to contribute to a healthier society.
Managing director Richard Plugge describes the team's philosophy as follows: "Our plan is based on two pillars: Training and Growth. We are not just fishing from the same pond, we are enlarging the pond." Lease a Bike also wants to continue to grow and help as many people as possible get their dream bike.
Team Visma | Lease a Bike and Lease a Bike both focus on cycling as a low-carbon mobility option. Climate-neutral means of transport are an important cornerstone of environmental and climate protection. We also take further measures as part of our CSR project, for example by planting trees and promoting flowering meadows.
Social engagement is an important part of Team Visma | Lease a Bike's work. For example, through the "Team Visma | Lease a Bike Academy", workshops are organised in schools to get children interested in cycling. At Lease a Bike, we also support charitable organisations as part of our CSR project and have, for example, donated bikes to an SOS Children's Village.

The 107th Giro d'Italia starts on May 4 and finishes in Rome on Sunday the 26th. Already in the first week there are two arrivals uphill. The 15th stage is, with 5,200 altimeters, the toughest of the race, after which the final week serves up three climbing finishes.
The Tour starts on Saturday 29 June and finishes on Sunday 21 July. As the Olympics are in Paris during the same period, there is no finish on the Champs-Élysées. Florence is hosting Le Grand Départ of the 111th Tour de France.
The Tour of Spain will start in Lisbon on 17 August and finish in Madrid on 8 September. The first three stages are all in Portugal and then the red caravan continues across Spain. There are a number of climbing finishes on the menu.
